I was really surprised by the really good service at Harolds Hotel. The receptionist went through the check-in process patiently and calmly, making me feel like a VIP. The buffet breakfast staff were helpful and proactive, and the food selection was excellent. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious.

The hotel is conveniently located near a popular shopping mall and offers a variety of restaurants nearby. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was friendly and cute.
